Favorite Corpus Christi Coffee Shops
If you don’t know, I am a HUGE fan of two things in life ~ coffee is one and coffee dates are the other.
It’s honestly a problem. I kinda sorta enjoy going to coffee shops TOO much. Personally, there’s really nothing better than sipping an iced caramel iced latte in a cozy coffee shop with someone I love. It’s just the best thing in the world.
I also love going to coffee shops to edit and work on my photography business. It is so nice to get out in the world and be productive every once in a while.
SO, as a slight coffee/vibe snob, here are a few of my favorite spots in Corpus Christi.
#1. Hester’s
Café
Hester’s is more than just a coffee shop, it’s the perfect spot. They have the BEST brunch in all of Corpus, the vibes are great, and the coffee is delicious. 10/10 recommend visiting Hester’s Café.

#2. Roasted Coffee Shop
Roasted has some of the best flavored coffee in town. My go-to is an iced caramel latte, and it is perfection every time I get one. The vibes aren’t as good, but the coffee is great. This is my recommendation for a really good drive-thru coffee!
#3. Lucy’s Snack Bar
Lucy’s Snack Bar is in downtown Corpus Christi, and, again, the vibes will not disappoint. It’s a great spot to meet up with a friend for a coffee date and the coffee always comes in real cups! You kinda can’t beat that.

#4. Driftwood Coffee Shop
Driftwood is SO GOOD! The coffee is bomb, the store is adorable, and the people are always nice. This is a great spot to get work done at, but be aware that their current store is pretty small, so it may get crowded at popular times.
#5. Coffee Waves
Lastly, we have Coffee Waves. This is usually my go-to coffee shop for sitting and getting work done. BUT only go to the one in Flour Bluff. For some reason that one is superior to the other locations. They have very good breakfast sandwiches & muffins, and the Honey Bee Latte is AMAZING!
So, there ya have it. Top picks for coffee shops in Corpus from a coffee addict. There are so many other shops around town that are good, and there are always new ones popping up, but these have been my preferred shops since I found them.
