When Natalie reached out to me about her engagement session with Steven I was STOKED! She wanted a cozy coffee shop vibe for her session, and I knew instantly where we needed to go for these photos- Lucy’s Snackbar.
It had been a dream of mine for a while to do a session in an adorable coffee shop of an adorable couple, and she was already making that dream come true.
The vibe for the session was “photos that feel like quality time”, so when they arrived, they ordered their coffee and I directed them to a little table right next to the window. I let them sit, chat, and sip their coffee, all while I walked around and just captured them being together. All that quality time goodness.
After we got the indoor shots we wanted, we ventured outside and got adorable photos there. This was really nice because it gave us a completely different lighting situation, and therefore a completely different vibe.
Every shot was perfect. Natalie & Steve are perfect. It was a perfect session.
Bonus: Lucy’s Snackbar is #1 adorable and #2 they have amazing coffee:)
